Thank you for your interest in adopting a pet!

Bringing a new animal into your family is an important decision.

Our Adoption Specialists advocate on behalf of the animals since they can't speak for themselves. We take the process very seriously to help you and the animal find the best possible match. Once we receive your application we follow a standard review process which includes familiarizing ourselves with your level of understanding of your responsibilities as a pet owner, confirming alignment with our policies, and contacting your vet reference.

After we’ve completed our initial review, we contact you with any follow up questions and then submit for approval.

Please be sure to upload any requested photos of enclosures for small animals and pasture/barns for farm animals to avoid processing delays.

We do not schedule any adoption visits until applicants have been fully approved. Once approved, we work with the adopter to schedule a date and time that works best considering any unique circumstances. Because all the vetting has been done in advance, most adopters take the animals home with them the same day.

We process applications 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday). It may be up to 5 business days after you receive your application confirmation email before you hear from us.
